Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on April 20, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 3:15 pm. There were a total of 6 children (total of 16 points) present with 1 caregiver. During the inspection, the provider was observed having positive interactions with the children. All areas of the provider home, including: play areas, kitchen, hallways and bathroom were inspected.
Medication is not administered. The provider home is equipped with toys and supplies and items were available to the children. Five children?s records and the provider 's record were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
