Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:35 am to 11:45 am. There were 10 children (32 points) in direct care of 3 caregivers. The children were observed playing with toys, sleeping and eating lunch brought from home. Currently the provider is not providing meals. 3 children's records, 3 caregiver's records and 1 adult household member record were reviewed. There were no medications on site.
