Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/25/24 from 11:10 am to 12:00 pm. There were 10 children (28 points) present, with 3 caregivers supervising. The children were observed eating lunch that was brought from home, singing songs and listening to a story. 3 household member records, 3 staff records and 3 children's records were reviewed. Attendance, caregiver training certifications and emergency drill records were also reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
