Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on September 29, 2023 from approximately 10:02 am until 11:50 am. There was one child, age four present with one caregiver supervising for a value of 2 points. The child was observed engaged in various activities. The provider home was equipped with a variety of supplies and toys. The provider's interactions with the child was positive. The child interacted with the inspector and was excited to share what activities she was engaged in during the inspection.
A total of five child records and two caregiver records were reviewed. A walkthrough of the entire home was completed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
