Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was conducted on 4/27/21 with an exit interview on 4/29/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were two children present with the provider. The Inspector reviewed two children's records, one caregiver record, the emergency drill log, annual training, hand washing procedures, enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of toys and surfaces, and daily indoor and outdoor activities. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with one standard that is documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
