Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 1:15 - 2:00 pm with the provider. There were four children in care, ranging from ten months to four years of age, for a total of ten points. One child was observed playing with a variety of toys and the other three were waiting for lunch to be prepared. Lunch served today: hot dogs, baked beans, corn and milk. A total of four child records and one provider record were reviewed and in compliance. The last emergency escape drill was conducted: 3/15/22, the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted: 2/4/22 and the last lockdown drill was conducted: 2/4/22. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer medication to children in care.
