Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:30 ? 11:15 am with the provider. There were four children present, ranging from three to four years of age for a total of eight points. The children were observed eating a breakfast snack, playing with a variety of age-appropriate toys, participating in an exercise video and engaged in a caregiver-directed math activity. Required information was posted. Reviewed two child records, two provider/household member records, the emergency drill log, attendance, menu and annual training. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer prescription medication to children in care.
