Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-560-F-4
Based on observation of lunch, the center failed to insure that children three years of age or younger were not offered foods that are considered to be potential choking hazards.

Evidence:
Children ages 3 and under were offered hotdogs that were cut down the middle but were not diced in a manner that would prevent potential choking hazards.
Plan of Correction: The director stated that all hotdog related food will not be served.
