A monitoring inspection was conducted on September 12, 2022, as a result of a self-report received in the licensing office on August 25, 2022. Interviews were conducted with staff, records reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the report. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards related to the allegation.
