Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:23am-10:28am. There were 10 children (29 points) supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
