Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on 3/22/2024 from 2:10 pm - 3:45 pm. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
At the time of entrance, there were no children in care with the provider. Children were expected to arrive after school, however no children arrived during the inspection on this date. The sample size consisted of 2 newly enrolled children?s records and 3 previously viewed children's records. One provider Record was reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
