Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 11:15 am - 12:00 noon with the provider and her assistant. There were nine children in care, ranging from 19 months to four years of age, for a total of 19 points. Four child records, five caregiver/household member records, the emergency drill log, daily attendance, allergy list and menu were reviewed. The provider is not currently certified in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and cannot administer medication to children in care.
