Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/09/2024 and completed on 08/09/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:35 am and ended at 1:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 216 children present and 24 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children's records and 8 staff records on-site.

This inspection included:

*Document review ( injury logs, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs and authorization forms);
*Tour of the facility (inside and outside areas);
*Interviews;
*Observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that when food is brought from home, the food container shall be clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner.

Evidence:
30 of approximately 85 water bottles reviewed were not dated or labeled with the child's name.
Plan of Correction: Administrative staff stated that water bottles will be reviewed each morning to ensure all are dated and labeled with the child's name.
