Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on May22, 2025 and completed on May22, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 a.m. and ended at 12:45 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 93children present and 15 staff. This inspection included tour of the facility, observations, interviews, and record review. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
