A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the code compliance inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in code were reviewed during this SHSI. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on October 14, 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The center shall ensure that areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, are maintained in a safe condition. Cameras in classrooms are mounted on the wall with the cord hanging loosely down to an electrical outlet. The cords are within reach of children.

Hazardous substances must be in a locked place that prevents access by children. In the Care Bears classroom, hand sanitizer was stored in an unlocked cabinet within reach of children. In the 3's classroom, disinfectant wipes and bleach water solution were stored in an unlocked cabinet within reach of children.
