An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on February 3, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on February 2, 2026 relating to allegations of parental involvement and notifications. The inspector reviewed one child?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
