Inspector Notes
An unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted this date. A total of 11 children (16pts) with 1 Assistant was present today. The children had just finished lunch and were transitioning to nap time. Walk thru of the program area, crib room and bathroom area was made. Artwork the children had completed in the morning was observed drying. The children were working with the letter "A" and had painted green alligators out of the shape of the letter "A". No medication needs at this time. Some topical ointments onsite. A total of 6 children's records were reviewed, all staff and 1 household record were also reviewed. This inspection occurred approximately between 12pm and 1:45pm.
