Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 11:45 am through 1:00 pm. There were a total of seven children (18 points) observed with two caregivers. A total of three children's files and three staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: lunch, bathroom breaks, hand washing, diapering, nap time and other organized activities. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. 2. Child #3's record (Start date-07/5/2018) did not have documentation of review of emergency contact information. The record was last reviewed on 08/27/2018.
Plan of Correction: The parents will review the emergency contacts and document the record.
