Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/30/2021 and concluded on 10/14/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 14 children present, ranging in ages from one to five, with eight staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and three staff records were reviewed.

Based on review of staff records the center failed to obtain a central registry finding within 30 days of employment.
Evidence:
1. One of the three staff records reviewed did not have a central registry report on file. Staff #2 has a hire date of 5/24/2021.
Plan of Correction: The provider will have staff conduct a central registry check. They will ensure that all staff will have central registry check within 30 days of employment.
