An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 06/14/23 and was concluded on 06/28/23 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 06/14/23 regarding programs. Observation, record reviews, and interviews were conducted relating to the allegations on 06/28/2023. The information gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid". Areas of noncompliance are identified on the violation notice and were discussed with the director in an exit meeting at the conclusion of this inspection. Based on observation and interview it was determined the center did not ensure that he ration of 1 staff member per every 4 infants was maintained.
Evidence:
1. At the time of the inspector's arrival there were 5 infants in care with 1 staff member.
2. Staff confirmed that the infant classroom was not in ratio during this inspection.
