Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on December 16, 2021 as a result of a complaint that was received by the Valley Licensing Office on November 16, 2021 regarding the allegation of supervision. The facility was toured and children and staff were counted. There were forty children in the care of eight staff. Four staff were interviewed. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegation. Therefore, the complaint is not valid.
