Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 22, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 2:05 p.m. through 3:14 p.m. There were thirty-seven children present along with nine staff. Six children's and five staff records were reviewed and updated. No medication is being administered at the present. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
