An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated and completed on June 5, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:45 p.m. and ended at 4:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and 6staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records. This inspection included document review tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
