Inspector Notes

An renewal inspection was initiated on 1/27/22 which included an off-site recordkeeping review and concluded on 1/31/22 with a virtual inspection at the family day home.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition.

There were 4 children present, ages ranging from 11 months to 4 years with two caregivers providing supervision. Five household members/assistant files were reviewed as well as two children's files.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
