A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted with the substitute provider and assistant , who was present with 8 children, ages ranging from 13 month to 4 years.

A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standard were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
