Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted on 01/24/24 from 8:20 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with provider. There were nine children in care, ranging in age from 10 months to four-years-old, for a total of 22 points. Children were observed eating breakfast and watching and educational program. Five child records, two staff and two household member records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. No medications were on site and the provider understands that they must obtain certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) to give medication. Breakfast served was Cheerios, banana, and milk. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
