Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on-site December 14, 2023. The provider was available during the inspection. There were 8 children present, ranging in ages from 3 months to 4 years, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records, 1 household member record, and 4 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

Based on record review, the provider failed to keep a written record of children in attendance each day.
Evidence: On December 14, 2023 there were eight children in care. Two children were not signed in on the attendance record.
