Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/2/2023 from 3:18 pm to 4:37 pm. The staff records were viewed at the main office on 2/28/2023 from 12:15 pm to 1:55 pm. There were 14 children in care, ages six to eleven, in one group under the care of two staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed three children?s records and two staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The children were observed having snack, doing homework, and playing in the gym.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
