Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/4/2024 from 3:45 pm to 4:35 pm and staff records were checked at the main office on 3/6/2024. There were 12 children in care, ages five years to 11 years, in one group with two staff. Three child records, two staff records, and other documents were reviewed. Children were observed having a snack.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

EVIDENCE:
There were two staff on site, and Staff 2 was not currently certified in first aid.
