An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/15/2025 and completed on 5/15/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:15PM and ended at 3:54PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records on site on 5/15/2025 and 2 staff records electronically 4/17/2025.
This inspection included - document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
