Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on August 23, 2022 between the hours of 9:00 am and 10:10 am. There were 7 children present with 1 caregiver supervising for a total of 20 points. Children were observed playing in various learning centers with age-appropriate toys. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care, emergencies and nutrition. Children and caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
