Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-800-570-A
The provider shall ensure that a caregiver does not exceed 16 points by using the point system to determine if an additional caregiver is needed. There were three children present (ages 2-3 years at 2 points each), two children (ages 9-11 months at 4 points each), and one child (age 23 months at 3 points) for a total of 17 points with one caregiver supervising.
Plan of Correction: I counted wrong, but going forward, I will not exceed the 16 points as required.
