Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, February 22, 2024, to determine the centers compliance with licensing standards. The licensing inspector was on site from approximately 10:20 am until 12:45 pm. The Director was present during the inspection. There were 15 children present, ranging in ages from three years to four years, with three staff supervising. Upon the inspector?s arrival, children in the three-year-old classroom were finishing a color hunt around the classroom and preparing for a story. Children played a game of dance/ freeze. The four-year-old classroom went to the library and listened to a story. Later children talked about the United States, the flag, and the life cycle of an Eagle. Children washed their hands and ate lunch and played outside on the playground.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and five staff records were reviewed. The inspector interacted with staff and children in care. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
