A monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/25/22 and concluded on 08/25/22. There were 21children present with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:50am and concluded at 12:20pm.
