Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 3/12/2025 with the local Department of Social Services, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 3/10/2025 relating to allegations of Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
