Inspector Notes
An investigation was conducted on 07/20/2023i n response to a self reported incident regarding sick policy and nutrition. Based on interviews, the preponderance of does not support any violation regarding the care of children or policies in place.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was also conducted today from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm. There were 10 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, staff records, children?s records, household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, washing hands, getting ready for nap and eating lunch. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

2 electrical outlets in the corner of the kitchen where children eat did not have protective covers.

Cribs in the upstairs nap room were not spread apart to maintain a 12 inch distance as required.
