Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/21/22 from 10:15am - 12:30pm. During the inspection there were 47 children ages six months old through ten years old in care with ten staff. Children were observed participating in various activities in the classroom, playing outside, eating lunch, and during rets period. Records were reviewed for 13 staff during the inspection. Medication, emergency procedures and emergency supplies were reviewed during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
