Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 7:50AM to 8:45AM. 5 children (12pts) were supervised by 2 caregiver. The physical space, required posted documents, 2 children?s records, caregiver records, attendance, the menu and first aid supplies were reviewed. No medications were on site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program. Based on record review and interview with the Provider, the Provider did not obtain a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form every two years from the first screening. Evidence: The screenings for Caregiver 1 expired 3/22/2023 and Caregiver 2 expired 6/11/2022.
Plan of Correction: The screenings will be completed right away.
