An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/30/2024. There were 2 children, ages 1 year -3 years, and with the provider at a total of 6 points. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, circle time and handwashing. A total of 2 children?s records and 1 staff record, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: attendance requirements. The inspector arrived at 9:40 AM and departed at 11 AM.
