Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 08/27/2024. The on-site inspection began at 8:20 AM and ended at 10:00 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. CDC: There were (#) children present and (#) staff. FDH: There were (#) children present and (#) caregivers; the point total was 2 children at a total of 4 points. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 staff records onsite.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure that children?s hands were washed after each diaper change.

Evidence:

Child # 2 was observed having their diaper changed. Once finished the child ran out into the living room and started to play. The child did not wash their hands.
Plan of Correction: The provider will ensure that all children will wash hands as required by the standard.
