An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 07/14/2025 and completed on 07/14/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:55 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 65 children present with 19 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
