Inspector Notes

An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted today. A total of 10 children(20pts) with 2 staff were present today. The children were observed in small groups throughout the program space. Some children were working with staff to complete a spin art project. Others were engaged in a tactile table activity which involved small pom pom balls which they used to fill, scoop and pour. Other children were participating with kitchen play. One child was observed at the paint easel painting a creative piece of art. The program space was maintained and equipped with ample amounts of programming equipment. One medication onsite and no need for topical ointments. A total of 4 children's records, all staff and all household member files were reviewed. This inspection occurred approximately between 9:10am and 11:00am. Thank you for your cooperation today.
