An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 4/28/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 10:20 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
