Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/15/23 from 10:55 am to 12:00pm. There were 8 children (29 points) in care of 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The emergency drill record, first aid supplies and other daycare documents were reviewed to ensure compliance.

Violations
3Evidence: Caregiver # 1's CRS was last completed on 9/18/18. The CRS is only valid for 5 years.
Evidence: An occupied crib had soft toys while an awake infant was laying in the crib.
Based on records review, additional immunization records for children under two years of age were not obtained , every six months.
Evidence:
1. Child # 1's (14 months old) most recent immunization records were dated 2/20/23. Additional records were not obtained.
