Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/13/24 from 9:45 am to 10:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 30. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Equipment used by children shall be assembled, maintained, and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
A child was observed swinging in an infant swing that has been recalled effective October 2024.
Plan of Correction: The swing was removed during the inspection.
