Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 2/11/2026 with a local agencies in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2/4/2026 relating to allegations of reporting suspected cases of child abuse and neglect and supervision. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
