Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A complaint inspection was conducted on 06/03/2021 and 06/22/2021 in response to an allegation of insufficient food service and injury documentation.

Based on the information gathered which included a review of injury reports, menus, feeding schedules and staff interviews, this complaint is found to be not valid.
