Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/04/2022 from 11:00 am - 1:15 pm. At the time of entrance there were 32 children, ages 2 - 5 years, in care with 5 staff. Children were observed during morning program time and nap.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same day at the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
