Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/20/2022 from 10:49 am - 12:30 pm. At the time of the tour there were 32 children in care with 6 staff supervising. Children were observed during late morning free play, lunch and nap.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same day as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
