Inspector Notes

An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted on June 2, 2023 from 10:40am until 11:30am. There were 12 children (38 points) with 3 staff supervising. The children were observed playing freely, then washing hands, and sitting down to eat a pizza lunch served with milk and fruit. Infants were observed crawling and having tummy time while the older children had lunch. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 1 household member record and 3 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
